Hi, I’m Terri Reade — a dedicated real estate professional proudly serving the Seattle–Tacoma area since 2017. As a Managing Broker with Windermere Real Estate in Federal Way, I bring a background in sales management and hospitality, which has shaped the way I care for my clients: with strong communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to making every transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible.

My faith is a meaningful foundation in my life, and I’m grateful to be part of Brooklake Church, where community, encouragement, and caring for others are deeply valued.

Outside of real estate, you’ll usually find me enjoying the outdoors with family, exploring the mountains, biking, traveling, or spending time with our dog Lily and cat Luffy. My husband’s work at Mount Rainier National Park deepened our family’s love for adventure and the beauty of the Northwest.
