I’ve worked in customer service, sales, and marketing for my entire career. For me, real estate is a natural combination of the skills I’ve developed and I’ve learned how to successfully negotiate, work with many personality types, and most important getting to the closing table successfully! I specialize in residential resale, vacant land, and investment properties. While I live in Federal Way, I love working in the communities that extend from south to Olympia, west to Bremerton and north to Burien and Renton. 

Outside of real estate, I strive to be the best mom, wife, and community member that I can be. If I’m not working with my husband to fix up the old lake cabin we bought in Federal Way, you might find me hiking at Dash Point State Park with our dog Lily, or enjoying a walk along Redondo water front. Every property sale is unique and presents its own challenges.  There is so much to know and anticipate that you need a partner in this process. I pride myself on staying ahead of issues before they happen and making sure all parties are communicating to have a successful closing.

I truly believe that you can build wealth through real estate ownership. My family owns both short term and long term rentals.  I can guide you to your first investment property or find you multiple properties if you have been investing for some time.  I enjoy "the hunt" for the right place for my clients and love seeing them build wealth over time.
